Prevention of Sexual Harassment
We are committed in providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of its community. In accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the school has constituted a POSH Committee (Internal Complaints Committee) to ensure the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of any incidents of sexual harassment within the institution.
The committee works to promote awareness, dignity, and mutual respect among staff and stakeholders, and ensures that nay complaint related to sexual harassment is addressed with fairness, sensitivity, and confidentiality. It also undertakes initiatives to educate and guide the school community about maintaining a safe and professional environment.
The POSH Committee is responsible for receiving and addressing complaints, conducting impartial inquiries, and recommending appropriate actions in accordance with the guidelines prescribed under the Act. The school maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment or misconduct, and remains committed to safeguarding the dignity and well-being of all individuals associated with the institution.
